Dance Lesson | Learn Flamenco

Tuesday, August 29, 2023, 10:30 am to 11:30 am

Free

Teacher Arielle Rosales will create a joyful, lively, and low-stakes environment to explore this extraordinary art form.  In 3 workshops (Morning Series 8/15, 8/22, and 8/29 - Afternoon Series 8/10, 8/17, and 8/24), participants will learn about the history and culture of Flamenco, try out its foundational footwork, handwork and armwork, and incorporate some signature Flamenco props. Each workshop will build on the steps learned in the previous session and lead to the goal of creating an original Flamenco group combination.

Requirements to participate:
You must register for each individual session you wish to attend
Comfortable clothing and footwear should be worn
Please arrive 15 minutes early to the class
Participants must bring a release form filled out and signed to every session they plan to attend
