This tour utilizes your feet and the New York City Subway* to transport you from Lower Manhattan, the birthplace of New York, through Wall St and the Financial District, Greenwich Village, SoHo, Chinatown and Midtown Manhattan. 10-14 essentially flat miles on city streets and park paths at a moderately brisk pace. Walk from the Battery to Morningside Heights connecting statues depicting, or ascribed to be depicting, Audrey Munson. Bring lunch, snacks and water.
