Concert | “Rocking the mountains, and beyond!”: Netnakisum, Austrian Band


“Rocking the mountains, and beyond!” is the credo of Netnakisum, a young band from Austria. Hailing from the Austrian region of Styria and now resident in Vienna, these three young women play a vibrant blend of classical and traditional Austrian music (even yodeling). Many of the songs in their repertoire are their own compositions, but all of them are performed with Natnakisum's own unique twist. The band now finds itself in great demand across Europe and further afield with shows around the world, including Algeria, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, and China.
