You can take at least 13 free tours every day of the year, except the New Year Day, July 4th, and the Christmas Day. The original eponymous record from 2000 and last year’s follow up, Event II, recount the adventures of Del’s alter ego Deltron Zero in the year 3030 as he battles the huge corporations that rule the universe. The sprawling Montréal hip-hop collective NOMADIC MASSIVE prepares us for launch. Claiming its hometown as “Montreal, Chili, Haiti, Brazil, France, Argentina, St-Vincent, Barbados, France, Algeria,” the group is an inclusive force to be reckoned with, and it’s live show is a multi-lingual eruption of old school hip-hop with live instrumentation and a deeply global vibe.
