You will be guided through a series of micro-movements and active holds, using your body weight for resistance. These small, isolated movements yield extensive results: long, lean, sculpted lines. You’ll work muscles you didn’t even know you have and feel them for days after. What to bring/wear: Yoga or Pilates mat, water and hand towel. Wear comfortable workout clothes – pants, leggings, or capris, and a workout tank or t-shirt. Grip socks optional, bare feet welcome.
