You can take at least 13 free tours every day of the year, except the New Year Day, July 4th, and the Christmas Day. Workshop | Morning Jivamukti Healing Meditation with Ganesh Das


In this healing meditation, begin with chanting a Sanskrit mantra to calm and purify the mind and atmosphere. After detailed directions on how to sit and relax the physical body while maintaining a state of receptivity and attention, practice the Jivamukti meditation method for 20 minutes. This involves following the breath while systematically letting go of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in order to awaken the witness consciousness (sakshi). Follow the silent meditation with a period of relaxation and chanting. Finally, close with a reading and a question-and-answer session.

Performance | Performance Art: The Nerve Tank's The Attendants


The Nerve Tank is an incubator for performance which combines elements of popular culture, mediated image, and physical presence to test lines of engagement between spectator and live event. The Attendants is an interactive multimedia performance featuring two performers enclosed within an eight-foot, transparent cube and a new music by composer Stephan Moore. Audiences can communicate with the performers via text messaging from mobile phones or home computers, which then appear on two plasma screens flanking the cube.
