Classes of Vinyasa Yoga – a series of flowing poses linked to awareness of the breath – with instructor Jennifer Batson. Classes are designed for all experience levels. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or a towel. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, class size is limited to 36 students who must remain six feet apart while practicing. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Masks are required for entry to the park but can be removed during the class session as participants are spaced at least six feet apart.
