Hundreds of women of all different ages and backgrounds meet to simply go for a walk in Central Park. About 80% of the women show up alone, so feel free to give it a try! The Paul Taylor Dance Company will perform Resident Choreographer Robert Battle's Under the Rhythm (2025) alongside Taylor's iconic Esplanade (1975). Bridging verbatim theater with a therapeutic framework, the project invites the audience to witness where stories are held in the in-between, carried together, and allowed to unfold.

Workshop | Tiles & Togetherness: Community Mahjong Mixer


Play mahjong with friends and neighbors. Open to all skill levels, and there will be coaches to guide beginners, while seasoned players join the “adult swim” table. Mahjong is a tile‑based game for four players (sometimes three). The goal is to build a complete hand of sets and a pair, then declare “Mahjong” and score points.
