Mushabac, a writer whose work spans a wide and lively range of subjects, will be the guest speaker at a meeting of the Jewish Historical Society of New York. Mushabac’s new fiction provides a heady glimpse into Sephardic culture and ideas. Her new writing introduces Sephardic customs, pleasures, and angst. She reads from Pasha and Other Stories, a work-in-progress.
