Climate change is not an event in the distant future. It is upon us now. This summer saw wildfires burning in the Arctic Circle, and unprecedented levels of heat that killed hundreds around the world. Last year brought a staggering $306 billion worth of damage from hurricanes, floods, and fires. What interventions in the field have been particularly crucial, and what issues need to be addressed going forward?
