Museums | Tiffany Glass and Other Exhibitions (in-person)


The collection of Tiffany's leaded glass includes an extraordinary array of floral and geometric lamps more as well as landscape and figural windows. A unique feature of the collection is a vast, one-of-a-kind archive of original flat glass and pressed-glass "jewels" used by Tiffany Studios, which provides valuable insight into the development of the stained-glass movement in America at the turn of the twentieth century. Established in 1972, this art museum's permanent collection consists of around 10,000 items, over 6,000 of which are documents and objects related to the 1939 and 1964 World's Fairs, some of which are on long-term display. less
