Book Club | Play Club: Fleabag by Phoebe Waller-Bridge

Play Club is like a book club, but for plays! Whether you are familiar with the art of reading plays, or looking to expand your appreciation for dramatic literature, this book club is an opportunity to read plays you have been meaning to explore or have never considered reading before. Learn about new works, discover new playwrights, and make friends! In this one-woman show, a dry-witted woman, known only as Fleabag, has no filter as she navigates life and love in London while trying to cope with tragedy. She is angry, vulgar, and grief-riddled as she tries to heal while rejecting anyone who tries to help her, but Fleabag continues to keep up her bravado through it all. This program will be a relaxed event with ice breakers, games, and more ways to explore the text. Meet other readers and get excited to discuss Fleabag in person!  Content Warning: This play contains very mature themes and explicit language. Registration required.
