Shoko Nagai, a Japanese-born composer, is a versatile and accomplished musician. She collaborates with world-renowned artists and creates original scores for films and live performances. She has showcased her mastery of the keyboard by adapting it to various instruments, such as prepared piano, accordion, electronics, and more. Whether performing Klezmer, Balkan, or experimental music, Nagai captivates audiences with her charismatic presence on stage, mesmerizing them with her intense focus and virtuosic sound. The performance will be accompanied by a therapeutic art-making activity led by art therapist Tova Speter. Inspired by the Edith Wharton quote "there are two ways of spreading light, to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it," the artist invites you to design a mini LED candle holder and coaster to brighten your spirit as you consider how you spread your light to others. Young Furiosa, kidnapped from the Green Place of Many Mothers, gets caught between a battle of two tyrannical warlords. As Furiosa attempts to make her way home, she finds herself in a constant fight for survival, as the two tyrants vie for power. Director: George Miller Cast: Anya Taylor-Joy, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Burke, Alyla Browne Anya Taylor-Joy is an actress who has won several accolades, including a Golden Globe Award. Taylor-Joy appeared in the fifth and sixth seasons of the television crime drama Peaky Blinders (2019–2022) and played Emma Woodhouse in the period drama Emma (2020), which gained her a Golden Globe Award nomination. Also in 2020, she received acclaim for her performance as chess prodigy Beth Harmon in the Netflix miniseries The Queen's Gambit, winning a Golden Globe Award and receiving a nomination for an Emmy Award. Taylor-Joy has since starred in the films Last Night in Soho (2021), The Northman, and The Menu (both 2022), earning another Golden Globe Award nomination for the last of these. Chris Hemsworth is an Australian actor.
